inner city electronic, a brand-new, multi-venue festival set over the city of Leeds on Saturday 2nd June, has locked in KiNK, Floating Points, Peggy Gou and more for its launch this summer.
The festival involves a range of electronic music with a collection of live and DJ sets. Artists Joy Orbison, Midland, and Andrew Weatherall will play with more to be announced.
AVA Festival and Conference has confirmed its first names for this year, as the Belfast weekender looks to cement its status as Northern Irelend's most pioneering electronic music event, which is set for 1st and 2nd June 2018.

Titled True Music: Hybrid Sounds, the three-continent tour pairs live electronic music pioneers KiNK, Overmono, Dollkraut and rRoxymore with traditional musicians to explore the exciting possibilities at the intersection of electronic and acoustic music.
Fabric has now rolled-out the majority of its Saturday line-ups from October through to the end of 2017. KiNK, Seth Troxler, Craig Richards, Derrick Carter and recent DJ Mag cover stars Apollonia are just a few talents set to command the venue’s two rooms.
As noted via press release, this time last year, fabric remained closed and was fighting to re-open its doors to global dance fans and DJ/production talents alike.
Sommerøya is Norway's answer to the summer techno festival circuit, and its 2017 lineup is bringing as many heavy-hitters to Oslo as it is homegrown talent.
Norwegian acts Finnebassen (live set), Of Norway (live set), Della, +plattform and Fredrik Bekkaasen will perform in Oslo on August 18th & 19th, alongside the likes of DJ Hell, Anja Schneider, Rødhåd, KiNK and now confirmed, the German master of live sets, Stephan Bodzin.
Sommerøya, Norway’s premiere techno and arts festival, has announced its line-up for 2017. DJ Hell, Anja Schneider, Rødhåd, and KiNK top the bill.
Local acts like Finnebassen, Of Norway, Della and Fredrik Bekkaasen are also set to perform at the eclectic Salt Arena in Oslo. Situated across from the Norwegian Opera and Ballet, the arena features indoor and outdoor stages plus “several giant Arctic pyramids each rising 12 meters into the sky”.
Tale of Us, the Italian duo of Matteo Milleri and Carmine Conte, have unveiled the weekly line-ups for their forthcoming two room Ibiza residency at Privilege. Âme, Patrice Bäumel, Antigone, and Amandra (live) will join the pair for their debut 2017 White Isle showcase on 29th June.
King’s Day is a Dutch national holiday that sees the great and good of the dance music world descending on the Netherlands to help celebrate the monarch’s birthday. Instead of the street parties and reserved afternoon tea that you might find in the UK, King’s Day celebrations in Holland take the form of a plethora of daytime raves, festivals and club shows, with one such annual event being Oranjebloesem.
The Ark cruise, which embarks on its maiden voyage on the Mediterranean Sea between Thursday 31st August and Sunday 3rd September, has announced its headliners to include Claptone, Masters At Work, KiNK and Martin Solveig, amongst others.
Also included as part of the headliners are Roger Sanchez, Patrick Topping, Sam Feldt, Dennis Ferrer and Stephan Bodzin, plus an undisclosed special guest hailing from the Cocoon imprint.
Additional artists include Gerd Janson, Amelie Lens, Darius Syrossian, Peggy Gou and many more.
KiNK, Bicep, Âme and more will perform at Oranjebloesem 2017 on 27th April at Amsterdam’s city beach, Blijburg.
Joining the aforementioned names across four stages are Optimo, Extrawelt, Kiasmos and Michael Mayer, Dekmantel Soundsystem, Tsepo and Beesmunt Soundsystem, amongst others.
Speaking about the festival, Oranjebloesem organisers state, “Live acts complete the experience and make the visitors’ experience even more intense. That’s why we’ve chosen to dedicate an entire stage to national and international live acts.”
